This welcoming and supportive evening class is designed for locals of the Valley looking to unwind after a long day. Join us for a fun & full-body pilates workout. This all-levels class, is tailored to build strength, improve flexibility & balance, all while releasing tension & stress. Meet your neighbors and make new friends in a chill atmosphere, while taking care of your body and mind.

Reformer Foundations $25

New to Pilates or coming back after a break? This is your starting line. In this class, we move at a comfortable, consistent pace, focusing on the essential movements and mechanics of the reformer. It's the same sequence each time, designed to build confidence, body awareness, and core strength—no surprises, just solid grounding.
